Solution Overview
Targeting the electronic control system of portable energy storage, the solution covers the full chain: AC-DC conversion, BMS sampling, inverter drive, and multi-channel auxiliary power rails. Integrating SiC/IGBT, high- and low-voltage SGT/SJ MOSFETs, isolation and gate drivers, AFEs, LDOs and LED drivers, it achieves efficient charge/discharge management, optimizing system conversion efficiency and overall operating reliability.
